Corydoras Metae

The Corydoras Metae, also known as the Bandit Cory, is a charming freshwater catfish easily recognised by its black “mask” across the eyes and contrasting dark band along the body. Peaceful and sociable, it’s a favourite for community aquariums.

These active bottom-dwellers thrive in groups and prefer tanks with sandy substrates and plenty of hiding spots. Hardy and beginner-friendly, Corydoras Metae not only add character but also help keep the tank clean as they forage along the bottom.
